Mercy Hands is an Iraqi based non-governmental organization (NGO), formed aftermath 2003 conflict in Iraq by a group of enthusiastic and committed Humanitarian Workers. Mercy Hands is a non-profit, non-religious and non-political organization that acts to assist people in need regardless of their ethnic, political, religious or sectarian backgrounds.

  • Legal Aid and Information center in Mercy Hands Adopting "Married and divorced women rights" awareness campaign.
  • Mercy Hands Emergency Humanitarian Assistance program successfully distributed Non Food Items to 346 IDP family from Sabaa Al-Boor, who were displaced due to sectrian violence, the distribution process accomplished successfully in 2nd November 2006
  • Legal Aid and Information center working on reactivating a local society (Al- Zahra'a Society) which was formed spontaneously in Al- Zahra'a Complex in Al- Rasheed Camp three years ago.
  •  Legal Aid and Information center agreed to support local women NGO (Al-Kildan Women Union) as they asked Mercy Hands to support them from the legal side.
