Emergency Response

Background:

The emergency response department was established in 2004 and has implemented numerous emergency aid programs through which Mercy Hands helped hundreds of thousands of disaster-affected families in Iraq. Since then, Mercy Hand’s  has managed emergency response projects in order to respond to the large-scale displacement crisis with services such as Food Security. Mercy Hand’s key role in UN Logistics warehouse coordination has made it possible to focus on IDP assessment and response.
